Florida Today's Matt Reed talks about crowdsourcing

Florida Today has helped pioneer the move towards the use of crowdsourcing techniques in mainstream journalism. Assistant Managing Editor Matt Reed, who oversees much of the effort, agreed to make these videos answering our questions about how the newspaper engages its readers.
