A Civic Blast, Boulder, $100,000. To deliver relevant content through new media channels aimed at informing and engaging 18 to 30-year-olds who have not attended college. This effort will use student-designed content and new media to inspire action and advocacy in young adults. The effort, launched by The Community Foundation, along with Colorado University – Boulder, the Institute for Ethical and Civic Engagement and New Era Colorado, will build a framework for exploring 18 to 30-year-olds’ preferences for information consumption
