Pick One of the Following:

Video Service (easy to use, less control)

The upside: Very quick and easy to upload videos. You get a subscribe-able RSS feed.

The downside: Videos are generally re-encoded in a low-quality and low-res format. Some services paste advertisements next to your videos (without asking permission). Many services won't work with iTunes/iPod.

Video Blog (more set-up, more control)

The upside: Full control of video format, quality and resolution. You can use it as a blog (comments, pings, etc.). It's very easy to customize a blog.

The downside: Video isn't automatically converted to Flash. You must have a place to host the videos (probably Internet Archive or your own web host). You must hand link the video into the post.

Hybrid Publishing

You can get many of the benefits of a video sharing service and a video blog by using both together.
